SnowPure provides our customers comprehensive EDI technical support and training at no charge.
We require all our OEM customers to complete a free, onsite training course which covers all aspects of EDI. This training is taught by people who helped design the technology and understand it at every level. This training is comprehensive, including topics such as the fundamental principles of ultrapure water filtration and system design considerations, to hands-on operation. Completing this training is the first requirement for qualification as a prospective OEM customer.
