Zeta Plus H (or MH) filters:

“Depth Filtration for Beverage Clarification”

Zeta Plus™ H and MH Series Filters are engineered for clarification and filtration across the food & beverage, cosmetic, and biopharmaceutical sectors.

With charge-modified depth media and superior tensile strength, Zeta Plus lenticular filters provide both mechanical particle removal and charged surface adsorption of smaller contaminants—delivering cleaner fluids, longer filter life, and reduced operating costs.

Benefits of Zeta Plus for effectiveness and operational cost savings:

• Effective Particle Reduction – Removes suspended solids, haze, and microorganisms
• Wide Range of Media Grades – From 10H to 90H for application-specific performance
• Superior Mechanical Strength – Operates effectively under high temperatures and pressures
• Low Extractables – Ensures product purity and regulatory compliance
• Long Service Life – Higher throughput, fewer change-outs, and lower cost per gallon filtered

Technical Features of Zeta Plus:

• • High wet-tensile strength media designed for durability
  • Depth filtration and charged surface adsorption for enhanced microbial and fine particle reduction
  • Flexible cartridge sizes to meet diverse flow requirements (8″, 12″,and 16″)

 Typical Applications:

• Beer & Wine Clarification
• Distilled Spirits Haze Reduction
• Edible Oils & Syrups Filtration
• Flavor & Concentrate Processing
• Cosmetic and Personal Care Liquids
• Biopharma media clarification

Zeta Plus H vs. MH Series:

H Series:

• • Single-zone depth filter
  • Proven performance in food & beverage and general applications

MH Series:

• • Dual-zone depth filter (outer layer prefiltration, inner layer final filtration)
  • Higher efficiency and longer service life
  • Preferred choice for biopharmaceutical applications requiring maximum clarity.
